purpose

2. This concentrator adopts a natural circulation evaporation method with negative pressure external heating, which has a fast evaporation speed and a concentration ratio of 1.2-1.35 (for general Chinese herbal extracts)

3. This concentrator adopts three effect simultaneous evaporation, fully utilizing the secondary steam, and reducing the total energy consumption by about 65% compared to a single effect concentrator.

4. Multi functional operation characteristics

(1) Recyclable alcohol concentration of about 80%;

(2) Single effect, dual effect, and triple effect can be repeated and combined to form a paste;

(3) It can be fed intermittently or continuously.

5. The contact area between this concentrator and the material is made of 304 stainless steel, which has a beautiful appearance and meets the requirements of GMP standards. The heater and evaporator are both equipped with insulation layers, and the outer shell of the insulation layer is made of 304 stainless steel sheet Surface treated with mirror or matte finish.
